Aims & Objective

To work towards youth health, education, skills & development and also inculcating moral responsibility towards themselves & the society The Corporation is organized for exclusively charitable, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of the Trust Act of 1882 or the corresponding provision of any future Indian Law, including, for such purposes. Specifically, the Trust will provide education activities to empower youth to learn how to implement community change programs and activities in their communities.
To encourage Women and Children to be financially self sustainable by teaching them income generation skills.
Women Empowerment and Child Development.
a:- To provide employment and financial supports for divorced/widow women to be self dependent. To establish training centers of boutique, parlor training, computer training to trained women (specially divorced/widow & poorer families) for employment so that she can live self dependent.
b:-The women’s movement and a wide-spread network of non-Government Organizations which have strong grass-roots presence and deep insight into women’s concerns have contributed in inspiring initiatives for the empowerment of women.
c:-Increase awareness generation: All stakeholders should be sensitized and convinced about the negative impacts of child marriage.
d:-Gender sensitization programs: Gender training programs should be spread throughout the district for police and NGOs. Primary and secondary education for girls should be promoted.
e:-Training: Child Marriage Prevention Officers need to be trained for vigilance.
f:-Special police cells: Task forces must be set up to focus on cases of child marriage.
g:- Increased authority for NGOs: NGOs should be given the authority to report and intervene in cases of child marriage.
h:-Equal access to participation and decision making of women in social, political and economic life of the nation.
i:-Protection of Women from Domestic Violence, Dowry Prohibition j:-To set-up and run Training Centres in remote rural areas of the State, to uplift the educational and economic standards of the deprived sections of society, and to eliminate their prevailing bad social customs, illiteracy, dowry system, child marriage, fanaticism etc.
k:-Protection of Women from the sexual harassment of women at workplace & Outside (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal).
l:-Rights of the Girl Child.
m:-Mainstreaming a gender perspective in the development process.
n:-Awareness to save the girl child.
To organize motivational programs and activities fashion out for self-employment and empowerment of women, through various schemes of District Rural Development Authority and NABARD.
To reduce or prevent the Child Brides in India : according to the National Family Health Survey-3, Forty-six per cent of women (between the ages of 18 and 29) in India were married before the age of 18.
To launch awareness campaign against prostitution & child prostitution (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal ); besides making people awareness about the child prostitution by holding road shows, the tied up with radio channels and newspapers to make people aware about the issue through NAV PARIVARTAN FOUNDATION. Often women are forced into this profession due to poverty, human trafficking, illiteracy, desertion etc.
To collect old clothes, shoes, woolen clothes, toys and distributed them to needy persons particularly from the labour class, who have no money left after taking care of their basic needs.
To organize researches, seminars, workshops and develop a model for the enrichment and progress of street children, child labor, children of deprived section, orphans and socially, physically, emotionally, culturally, educationally deprived children.
Health and Family welfare: To hold eye camp, blood donation camp, and medical camp to provide medicines, ambulance facility and other medical help to the poor, needy and old persons.
a:-The Trust shall provide mobile health care facilities and the necessary aids to the poor, the old people, remote areas, natural disaster, (earthquake) affected areas, floods, road accident, train accident, and air crash etc.
b:-To approach the Government/Semi-Government bodies or social institutions, individual, for socio-economic aid, assistance for aged person in respect or reasonable necessities, comforts, conveniences, conductive to the health and well being of the elderly.
c:-To identify aged people and help those with their medical needs like their health checkup cataract operation, buying medicines etc.
d:-To start a Home for old aged person viz. Senior citizen and orphanage and/or physically and/or mentally handicapped children. The Trust shall establish and run orphanage centers.
e:-The Trust shall establish new technology, Scientific Children Hospital, Modern Medical Collage, Engineering College, Vocational Training College, Nursing and Pharmacy Training Center for the upliftment of the needy, poor and downtrodden people in India in a view to provide all sorts of humanitarian services, as per the Govt. rule.
f:-To promote the health of suffering & needy persons by providing medical, surgical and other medical assistance including supply of medicines and other medical.
g:-Breast cancer advocacy and awareness efforts are a type of health advocacy for better care, more knowledge, and more patient empowerment. The trust may conduct educational campaigns or provide free or low-cost services of breast cultural outgrowth cancer advocacy, the social movement that supports it, and the larger women's health movement.
h:-To promote the health of suffering from cancer, tuberculosis, filarial and communicable disease to needy persons by providing medical, surgical and other medical assistance including supply of medicines and other medical.
i:-To help medically, psychologically, legally and rehabilitate victims of violence of acid and burns.
j:-To help acid and burn victims of violence.
k:-To set up a Medicare centre for the poor children and women in village to awareness regarding organic farming.
l:- To identify and work along with the economically deprived children & needy people by providing various training, skills, education help HIV/AIDS, health programme, awareness programme And also by serving the needy through old age care, orphanage, health education and schools all over India.
m:-Awareness among the citizens on HIV/AIDS, legal issues, rights and promoting and encouraging them to be a whistle blower.
n:-To reduce or prevent the development of alcoholism & other drugs dependencies. We would like expand public awareness and improve the current knowledge about the nature, prevention and treatment of alcohol and other drug dependence.
o:-The Trust shall co-operative with the NASHA MUKTI ABHIYAN (De-Adiction Drive/Campaign) and to open, run and assist Adventure using Campaigns & provide Books related to it.
p:-The Trust shall make adequate arrangement and start / run rehabilitation centers, clinics for mentally retarded persons, the handicapped, deaf & dumb, under privileged children, old men & women, poor, widows, destitute, beggars and socially backward people for their social / civil enlistment, as per Govt. rules, and to make best efforts for protection, provision, promotion and advancement of helpless persons specially children and widows.
q:-The Trust shall make adequate arrangement and start / run rehabilitation centers for under privileged children for their social / civil enlistment, as per Govt. rules.
r:-To motivate drug abusers for de- addiction and provide treatment to the admitted drug addicts. To provide Psycho-social services for Rehabilitation of drug abusers. To create awareness among the people regarding the impact of drug abuses by organizing various programmes such as Song & Drama/Skits, Seminar, Camps, Rallies, Exhibitions, Educational Competitions etc. Training programs, community level meetings, conventions and other programmes. Coordination with Health Department, other Government Departments, NGOs and Social Activists for controlling the problem of Drug Abuse.

NAV PARIVARTAN FOUNDATION shall organize / conduct various types of activity/Quiz/Competition for Students/Government employee/Public Sector employee / Corporate employee / Self employed people / Citizen of India to generate fund for Trusts and shall utilize this Fund in fulfill mentioned agenda of Trusts
To promote talented but poor children and contributed towards their school fees, uniforms and expenses for books and arrange admission in basic Computer Courses etc. as well as encourage them with prizes etc. To identify aged people and help those with their medical needs like their health checkup cataract operation, buying medicines etc.
The Trust shall strive to address alarming issues like population and development, violence against women, child labour, gender injustice and inequality, girl child and child abuse through suitable projects, measures, interventions and setting up centers for such purposes.
To ensure safe and happy childhood of vulnerable children on street to help them access Protection, Education, Nutrition and Health Care residing or living people on road side.
The Trust shall aware and create facilities for roofless people dwelling on pavements / footpaths, underpasses, under bridges, on railway stations and bus stands etc.
To provide shelter, food and clothing education besides health care for abandoned children devoid of parental support.
To reduce or prevent the development of alcoholism & other drugs dependencies. We would like expand public awareness and improve the current knowledge about the nature, prevention and treatment of alcohol and other drug dependence.
To promote Educational, Cultural and Social Development of the poor and weaker section of the society.
The Trust shall provide training to the rural people in the field of the Health and Nutrition, Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Community Development, Community Organization, Co-operative Management, Cottage Industry and Handicrafts and condition and provide better opportunities to the rural and urban people.
To promote mental health in India. To establish a research centre, and carry on research activities on mental illness and intellectual disability In India.
To establish, manage and maintain community centers and welfare organizations for ill and disabled persons, their relatives and friends, including destitute persons without any restriction as to caste creed, race or religion.

The Trust shall co-operative with the educational bodies at the local to the National level in participating and carrying out the projects, particularly of the Government of India like, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Literacy Programmers, Non-Formal Education, Anganwadi etc., and to open, run and assist Learning Centers using Libraries and Book Banks.
NAV PARIVARTAN FOUNDATION to execute Horticulture Development Programme commonly known as WADI Programmes.
To Orchards plant with the help of BPL (below poverty line) ST (scheduled tribes) families. The basic objective would be their economic uplifting, which is monetarily assisted by Tribal Area Development Department, for the duration of five years.
The Trust shall provide mobile health care facilities and the necessary aids to the poor, the old people, remote areas, natural disaster affected areas, road accident, train accident, and air crash etc.

The Trust shall take such activities as to promote gender equality and to create awareness about adverse sex ratio and to take up such activities to stop female feticide.
The Trust shall launch such activities and programs which will support to abolish begging.

The Trust shall conduct national and international conferences including teleconferences, seminars, symposia and workshops to inculcate awareness of the strategic importance of computer communication and information technology in education and research.
To Maintain, Manage, Conduct, Ashram by providing shelter to the needy and deserving girls, women and widows and educate them about Small Scale Industry, Cottage Industry with a view to earn their livelihood To conduct meetings, conferences, studies, surveys, etc, in connection with education in general.

The Trust shall undertake to plan, run, implement, launch, help, coordinate and / or support plan, projects, schemes, Measures, interventions and instruction concerning vital issues like social developments, public welfare, environment, education, art, culture, poverty alleviations, social harmony, human rights, inter cultural understanding and national integration.
To transform under privileged students & weaker section of the society into highly educated & self dependent to meet the challenge of a highly competitive world through intensive training, appropriate guidance, discipline and holistic approach.
The Trust shall provide education to the general public, the poor needy, orphans, poor students from weaker communities etc., as per rules and regulations of Govt. of India, and to arrange, establish and look-after Nursery / Primary / Secondary / Senior Secondary School /College / Polytechnic / Management Educational Institute / Computer Science & Engineering Institutes / Teachers Training & Specialized Studies, Medical Education & Research Institute, University etc, and to get recognition from concerned Boards or Councils, or U.G.C. etc.
The Trust shall do all such things and perform all such legal acts as may be essential, useful or proper for the achievement of all or any objectives of the Trust.
To acquire, purchase, take on lease/on rent otherwise acquire land and building and other properties moveable or immoveable, which the Trust for the purpose thereof may think proper to acquire.
The Trust shall acquire by purchase, lease, gift, grant, legacy, bequest, exchange or otherwise from persons, company, government or institution, land building, motor vehicles and all other kinds of properties both movable and immovable for the attainment of the objects of the Trust. Also, to construct, improve, alter and expand any buildings that may be found necessary for the purpose of the Trust.
The Trust shall run its activities on NO PROFIT NO LOSS BASIS AND NO part of its corpus or income shall be utilized for any purpose other than objectives described above.
To educate the people of their rights, duties in a democratic set up of the Trust and promote activities for the eradication of socio-evils.
Building opinion among students and youth for a need to fight terrorism, religious fanaticism, neo-colonialism, racism and oppression of any sort.

The Trust shall assist, donate funds to charitable, social developmental bodies and may receive, accepts grants, gifts, endowment from other charitable institutions, union or state govt./Center Govt., (fund raising campaigns, special events, sponsorships, grants, marketing and trading products and can raise fund from any legal ways in keeping with its goals.) philanthropic foundations and societies, with or without conditions for the fulfillment of the Trusts objectives.
Grant of donation to any Mosque, Church, Temple, Gurudwara and other places of worship or religious institutions.
The Trust shall apply for registration of patents and copyrights to protect intellectual property right for the products and services developed by the Trust by itself or in collaboration with others.

NAV PARIVARTAN FOUNDATION's aims to understand bio fuels’ impact on agricultural prices and trade, the use of land and water for agriculture —and what this means for the poor in developing countries and the environment, as a whole.

Animals Protection: To take action to save the Cow (save cow save nation) and Wild animal/tigers, Elephants by Protection, Innovative Protection, to reduce international trade in wildlife products, to reduce/stop domestic wildlife crime, Research, Relocation, Coexistence and Ecological services.

The Trust shall enter in to contracts with the concerned authorities like, Municipal Committee, Education Department and such other Government / private agencies for the mid-day meals & other programs of school children or orphans.
The Trust shall promote the interest of people in environment, sense of integration, self employment, family planning, making audio visual. Tele films, T.V. serials and documentary on various aspects of culture, music, crafts, environment, health, sports and place of social integration.
Trust shall enter into publication/release of newspapers, magazines, leaflets, books, etc. (print/electronic). Production of films/documentaries, Tele films, Serials, Cassettes, CD/DVDs, Recording studio etc. Street theater, Road shows, Dance, Drama, Singing, Plays, Musical Shows, etc (live/recording) to cultural activities. All the income, earning, moveable, immovable properties of the societies shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aim and objects only set forth in the memorandum of association and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present and past members of the Trust or to any person claiming through any or more of the present or past member. No member of Trust shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the Trust or make any profit, whatsoever, by virtue of his membership.
